Tebi Tea is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong addresses, missing information or not having someone present to receive packages.

If your order is undeliverable and returned to us, you will be issued a store credit for your order, minus the shipping cost. If you wish to send the same items again, a new order is required.



If you're not satisfied with your product, our team will be happy to either replace or refund your purchase. Return request need to be apply within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@tebitea.com or contact us with your order confirmation number included. Items must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for return or exchange. No refund or exchange will be guaranteed for any unexpected returns. Please note, guest are responsible for all shipping, and are non-refundable.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Please note the time for credit to reflect in your account may varies base on the bank.
